1. De La Nada Chef Black Box –Must haves!

*Herbs & Spices Chilli, Paprika, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Cayenne pepper, ginger and black pepper.

* Healthy Oils & Sauces Braggs Liquid seasoning, Balsamic & Apple cider Vinegar, Tamari sauce, Organic apple sauce. Cooking oils- Macadamia Sesame oil, Peanut oil, Flaxseed oil, Rice bran oil-Best for High-heat stir-frying or wok-frying, Coconut oil-ideal for baking and sautéed dishes, Cottonseed oil-Best for occasionally for deep-frying.

If you don't have many herbs and spices in your house this is the perfect time to set yourself a cool little challenge to set out and explore two different herbs or spices each week. Nothing too over the top, just sprinkle them on your favourite meat or vegetables and see how the flavour combinations go. Then start mixing 3 or more together and suddenly you have amazing tantalizing combinations or an epic failure that you can laugh about and drink a good glass of wine too!🍷 *Equipment- Food processor 2x Deep Large Baking Dishes and several medium sized ones Blender Or magic Bullet Steamer Pot, 2x Large Pots & 2 smaller sauce pans 2x Sharp Knives Flexible silicon spatula Whisk Egg flip

These are just some of the things you need to start out with. I thought I would start off with this post as it's a good starting point.
