When you get into the fitness industry, it’s all about eating clean, cutting the crap and taking out processed and refined foods. For many, this means that meal time becomes boring!

Chicken, sweet potato and broccoli are the average staples of a health conscious foodie. As a qualified chef and avid lover of food, this lack of diversity on peoples plates crushed my soul. So I set out on a path to tweak traditional health food staples and created some of the finer treats in life that you can enjoy everyday without feeling like you're cheating on your health!
Diets aren't for every BODY, and I do mean this literally. Your genetic makeup is the key to unlocking a healthy diet plan that is successful for you and you alone.
