Private Chef Packages - General
TIPS:

Please ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy and you have your cupboards stocked!

But, for the most effective experience, these packages are best done with produce already collected!

If you are really time poor, invest in setting up home delivery from your local supermarkets.
Initial Consultation 30-45 minutes, done via Phone or through Zoom Chat. includes:

General meal and menu development

Meal Planning Consultation 1 hour, includes:
Based on the Initial Consultation

Collaborate with you to create a customised menu planner including recipes and ingredients you have checked and approved

We make sure our recipes are suitable for the whole family including babies, with as little extra work as possible, and that each and every one of your meals is perfectly balanced and, as a whole, your food-week provides you with all the nutrients you need.

We are very happy to adapt menus for food allergies and intolerances and have a growing library of exciting recipes excluding the most common allergens.

After you tell us about your likes and dislikes, food exclusions and schedules, we prepare a draft menu and email it to you. You then get back to us with which recipes or ideas you would like to change and we do that for you, still ensuring your meals and weeks are balanced.
**Private Cheffing in your own home (expect 3-4 hours per week or 5-5.5 hours per FN), includes:

Meals prepped cooked and cooled

Packaging and stacking is an option but allowing for cooling time is required. (may incur extra charges if 3.5 hours is exceeded)

Cooking is done in a sequence that allows food that requires cooling to do so while cooking other components of the meal.

Kitchen cleaned and left as it was (unless food is cooling).
Generally, floors are swept after completion. Mopping is not part of the service.
Packages

Solo - 3 dishes per week $110

Couples - 3 dishes per week $160

Family Pack - 3 dishes per week $200
**If you would like to add 3-4 more dishes, simply Add On $50.
**If you are located outside Brisbane (i.e. Gold Coast), a $20 travel fee applies for Private Cheffing in your own home.
